Eagle’s Wings design for this church window was inspired by the biblical verse in Isaiah Chapter 40 verse 31: “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles: they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint”.
Pentecost design church window was inspired by Acts chapter 2 verse 2: “Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit”.
Both windows were designed by Emma Blount in memory of a congregation member and fabricated by Emmanuel Stained Glass Studio, Inc, Nashville, Tennessee. Glass and lead window 3m high. 2008
