Emma graduated from Roehampton University in 1999, with a degree in Art for the Community. She began working for herself, designing and making stained glass church windows and stained glass Victorian front door windows, to commission, from her London studio.
She furthered her training in 2008, at top stained glass studios, as part of her Award for Excellence with the Worshipful Company of Glaziers and Painters of Glass. Commissions included a window in memory of Churchill, in Bladon, Oxfordshire. The window was unveiled in 2014 by HRH The Duchess of Cornwall.
Emma moved to Norfolk in 2019, where she began producing fine art glass paintings and pencil drawings. She also does commissions.
